Strutt & Parker (S&P) is the residential, rural, development and planning division under the BNP Paribas Real Estate brand.

For the past couple of years, S&P has created a brochure that showcased residential and rural property around the UK and parts of the world that have been recently sold or currently on the market. This time around, the lead designer was myself working alongside marketing team members to not only update the existing brochure, but make page layouts simpler whilst making sure properties stand out as much as possible.

Properties were categorised into UK regions for easy navigation and typography was updated to be inline with the recent refreshed S&P brand guidelines. Copies of The Country Collection were printed and shipped to all 67 S&P offices around the UK.
